The Utility Engineering Service Award is our expression of gratitude for years of commitment and service to the Company. Through this program, we celebrate our employees whose service to Utility Engineering and its subsidiaries spans years, decades and even half-centuries.

Every quarter, we recognize the value that dedication brings to us by publicly and individually recognizing employee service through service award pins and award certificates at one, three and five years and then every five years thereafter. In addition, we offer employees who have reached the five-year milestone a gift of their choice to serve as a personalized memento of this important occasion.
